What is Double Accidental Death Cover?

This benefit only applies to Funeral Benefit Amouont of R15 000 or less. If a Life Assured dies due to Accidental causes, an amount equal to double the Funeral Benefit Amount will be paid for a valid claim. The Double Accidental Death Cover applies to all Lives Assured except for Stillborn Children. The maximum Funeral Benefit Amount payable for Children will apply (please refer to the section relating to the maximum benefit amount per Life Assured).
