The national tied-advisor network creates large sales volumes which in turn creates economies of scale, and therefore cost savings for the clients, while efficient practices minimise overall turn-around times so that the client’s expectations are met.
Emerald Life is involved throughout the interaction process with the client, from point of sale until such time that the product benefits are claimed. The needs of the client are fundamental to Emerald Life’s principles and as such products brought to market have these needs central to its design, the advice and service provided always incorporate the identified needs and clients can amend aspects of their product as their needs develop over time.
