1. In order for Emerald Life (Pty) Ltd to consider your complaint, we require the following information from the Complainant:
- Complaint must be written and signed by the complainant;
- ID copy of complainant; and
- Proof of banking details.
2. Where, how, and to whom you can submit complaints and complaints-related information must be submitted:
- Complaint documents to be forwarded to complaints@emeraldlife.co.za;
- Contact the department telephonically on 0861 666 333; or
- Visit any of our branches where our staff will assist you with the submission of a complaint.
3. The expected turnaround times in relation to the resolving of your complaints:
- 15 working days from the date of submission of your complaint.
