All references to age will be the person’s Age Last Birthday. Your age at entry will be your Age Last Birthday on Acceptance Date. The maximum age at entry for the Policyholder and Spouse is 64 (sixty-four) and for Extended Family Members it is 70 (seventy). Refer to “Children” for the maximum age of a child.
